The Milwaukee Baseball League Awards Presentation is on Sunday, October 4th at 6pm at Leff's Lucky Town this year on 72nd and State Street. Free food, cash bar. All players, guests of players, umps, scorekeepers and park staff welcome. Managers, the year end manager's meeting will begin at 4:30pm sharp on Sunday, October 4th. Please be on hand as we have some important groundwork to lay for 2010, including a satisfaction survey and 2010 likely team status & preferences. In convincing fashion, with 13 managers voting, Tony Landgraf is the 2009 Milwaukee Baseball League MVP with seven of the first place votes and appearing on 11 of the 13 ballots. Others receiving first place votes were Bill Gorman, Dan Marx, Dan Wilfrath, Jason Maaske & Cory McEwen. Other vote getters were Eric Belter, Brendon Dorn & Chris Samz. Congrats Tony. |
