More Rainouts = Season Extended One Week
Due to four rainouts this weekend, including a rainout of a rainout make-up, the season will be extended one week. The playoffs will begin Saturday, August 16th and conclude Sunday, August 24th. Make-up games from this weekend and any upcoming rainouts will be made up the weekend of Friday to Sunday, August 8-10.
Specifically:
Long Wongs v Milwaukee Patriots will be played either Friday or Saturday night August 8 or 9, park TBD.
Doubleheader between Allstar Sportswear and Lessard's Auto Body / The Brass Monkey will be played on Sunday, August 10.
Single game between Leff's and Town & Lake Realty / Greco's Braves will be played either Saturday night August 9 or Sunday August 10.
Beginning Saturday, June 7th, all Saturday night doublheaders are being moved up 30 minutes to start times of 5pm and 7:30pm, at the strong request of Milwaukee County. Please show up on time as there is a strong likelihood that games will be cut short if they run much past 10pm. Games are complete after five full innings regardless. Also, no more than a 20 minute break between the first and second game if that would move the start of the second game past 7:30pm. All games rained out weekend of June 7 & 8 have been moved to weekend of August 2 & 3.
