Town & Country Lake Braves 10 Club Paragon 3
The Braves jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the 2nd inning and never lost that lead. The Braves scored 3 more in the 3rd. 3 more in the 4th inning. 2 more runs in the 5th inning and 1 run in the 6th inning to win their 3rd game of the year. Only one person for the Braves didn't get a hit although everyone that had an at bat got on base. Austin James was the leading hitter for the Braves going 2 for 3 with 2 Runs & 1 RBI. Other standouts for the Braves were Nick Voltner who was 1 for 3, with 2 Runs & 1 RBI. Jeff Mallas was 1 for 2 with 2 Runs, & 1 RBI, along with Chris Samz going 2 for 4 with 1 Run & 1 RBI. Paul Mallas got the win getting his groove back after the drubbing that he took in the first game he threw this year only giving up 3 hits all night, George James continued his good pitching finishing out the last 2 innings. For the Club Paragon Phillies (who were missing their manager Brian Peters), Joe Vilkoski went 2 for 4 with a Home Run & a single, plus Jimmy Kuryantiak was 2 for 2 with 2 singles & 2 walks. Eric Seany started for the Phillies & took the lose pitching & Kuryantiak finished out for them.

PJ's Tigers 11 Leffs Lucky Town 5
PJ's Tigers defeated Leff's 11 to 5 Saturday afternoon, at Zirkel field in West Allis. On the mound, Kyle Knaust pitched 7 strong innings for his first win of the season. And Justin Gelhausen, who replaced Steve Rappl at catcher in the second, did a great job of calling a game that would allow only 1 more run to score over the final 6 innings. At the plate, the Tigers had a well balanced attack that produced 11 runs. Andy Monigal was 2 for 4 with 3 runs scored and 1 RBI. Steve Rappl was 3 for 3 with 2 runs scored and an RBI, and even collected his first triple since the Bill Clinton administration. Scott Rappl followed with a 2 for 5 day, which included 1 Run scored and 3 RBI. Cory McEwen, from the clan Cory McEwen was red hot again this week, going 3 for 4 with 3 Runs scored and one RBI (he was 4-4 last week). Justin Gelhausen went 1 for 3 with 1 run scored and 2 RBI. Victor Helin went 2-3 with 2 RBI & Jason Maaske went 1 for 2 with one run scored & 2 walks. The Victory gave the Tigers a 3-1 record heading into a double header next saturday against Division Rivals, Greenfield Bulldawgs. 

Supreme Builders 10 Milwaukee Titans 8
Tied two apiece going into the fourth inning, Supreme Builders tacked on five runs and three more in the fifth to make the game appear to be out of reach. However, the Titans rallied in the sixth with timely hitting, scoring six runs, and shrunk the lead to only two. In the final inning the Titans had a runner on first and second with one out. Brendon Dorn then entered the game in relief and struck out both batters that he faced to earn the save. Chris Shrock made his first appearance this season on the mound for the Builders and earned the win. He pitched four solid innings allowing five hits, no walks, and gave up two runs. Their offense was led by Chad Olson going 3 for 3 with 3 RBI and Chris Moser with 3 hits. The Titans bats were led by Andy Bodnik going 3 for 4 and scoring twice.
 
Supreme Builders 24 Milwaukee Titans 3
Builder's Brendon Dorn pitched a gem but lost his no hitter in the final inning of the game. He went the distance allowing two hits, two earned runs, and striking out eight. Supreme's bats exploded thoughout the game and were led by Chad Olson (4 for 5, 3 2B, 6 RBI, 5 Runs), Eric Belter (3 for 5, 2 2B, 5 RBI, 2 Runs), Chris Shrock (3 for 5, 2 RBI), and Chris Moser (2 hits, 4 Runs).
 
O'Brien's/Milwaukee Harley Davidson 3 Greenfield Bulldawgs 0
Dan Wilfrath won his third straight in a tightly contested pitching battle with Bulldawg's starter Damon Dolata. Wilfrath gave up only two hits and struck out four as the Orioles made some great defensive plays in a game that lasted only 75 minutes. The game was scoreless until Wilfrath led off the bottom of the fifth with a line drive homerun to left to help his own cause. John O'Conner doubled with one out and scored on an error later in the same inning. Jim Vielbaum reached on an error in the sixth and scored on Tim Heling's double. Chris Vogt was also 2 for 3 with a triple for the Orioles. Dolata struck out 6 for the Bulldawgs while walking none and giving up five hits.

The St. Francis A's earned their second straight victory of the season beating Jimmy B's 11-6. Jimmy B's came out firing scoring 3 runs in the top of the first. The A's quickly answered with 5 runs of their own in the bottom half of the 1st inning and never looked back. 3 straight walks to lead off the game of Randy Anderson, Mark Staszewski, and Mike Jelacic loaded the bases for Matt Cook. Cook delivered on the first pitch he saw drilling a shot to left center gap clearing the bases, Cook scoring on a throwing error. The A's put up 2 runs in the 2nd inning to match Jimmy B's 2 runs. Kevin Swiatczak and Anderson led off with walks. Mark Staszewski laid a perfect sac bunt to move the runners over and Jelacic hit a sac fly to score them both. The A’s scored 2 more runs in the 3rd and 6th innings to secure the win. The A's offensively were productive from top to bottom. Leading the charge for the A's were Matt Cook (2 for 2, 2B, 3 RBI, 2 Runs, BB, HBP), Mark Staszewski ( 1 for 1, 2 RBI, 2 Runs, 2 BB, 1 SacB), Randy Anderson (1 for 2, 2 Runs, 2 BB), and Shawn Kozey, Jeff Diven, Ernie Zuberbuehler each had a hit. Shawn Kozey pitched a complete game for the A's, his second complete game in consecutive starts going 7 innings, 6 runs (2 ER), 11 hits, 2 K and 4 BB to get the win.

Southshore Allstars 7 The Steakout Blacksox 5
Allstar won a close game against the Steakout. Tony Langraf pitched well despite his defense having four errors.

Brian Curran struck out nine and scattered five hits in a Allstar victory. Curran carried a no hitter into the fourth inning before giving up a homerun to Joe Reoch of the steakout.Curran shook it off getting out of a few jams to complete a great pitched game. Josh Weinhandel of the steakout pitched well in the loss.

Johnny V's 15 Brew City 1
Johnny V's took advantage of 8 walks and 2 hit by pitches and beat the Brew City Indians 15-1. Mike Gramrossa picked up his 3rd victory by going the distance. Mike struck out 6 and allowed 1 unearned run. Tony Jones led the Johnny V's offense with 3 hits and Eric Lubarsky had 4 RBI. Alex Marchan had s solid game by going 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI.

O’Brien’s/Milwaukee Harley Davidson: 7  South Shore All-Stars: 5

Dan Wilfrath allowed only four hits and struck out five to get the win. The game was tied 1-1 until the bottom of the fourth when O'Brien's scored five times to take a 6-1 lead. The All-Star's would score four in the top of the sixth to close the gap to 6-5. O'Brien's added an insurance run in the bottom half of the inning and that's how it would end. Joe Vilkoski, Tim Heling, and Dave Pangallo all had two hits for the Oriole's. Bryan Mueller took the loss for the All-Star's while contributing two hits to his efforts.

O’Brien’s/Milwaukee Harley Davidson: 12  South Shore All-Stars: 9

In a wild back and forth game 2 of the DH O'Briens/Milwaukee Harley Davidson Oriole's Scored six runs in the top of the seventh to secure the come from behind victory against Southshore All-Stars. The Orioles held a 6-5 lead going into the bottom of the sixth when Pangallo walked the leadoff hitter and was relieved by Chris Sanders. The All-Stars would score four time in the inning with a costly Orioles error with two outs to score two runs. Down by three going into the seventh inning O'Briens would score six runs against a depleted All-Star pitching staff that was missing three starters forcing game one starter Bryan Mueller back into action. Chris Sanders would get the final three outs in the seventh to get the win. The Orioles were led offensively by Tim Heling (3-4 3RBI 2R SB) along with 2 hit games from Bob Rinelli & Jim Rinelli. Rich Galewski had three hits for the All-Stars and Bryan Mueller had two hits while picking up the loss. The DH sweep combined with Johnny V's losing to Brown Deer Supreme Builders clinches the 2010 National division title For O'Brien's/Milwaukee Harley Davidson Orioles. Congratulations!

Leff's Lucky Town Americans 10 Town and Lake Realty Braves 4
In game one of a doubleheader that Leff's needed to sweep to get back into the playoff race, Jared Catenacci, John Kuhn and Alex Rejniak got Leff's on the board early with 2 runs in the first inning. Catenacci was hit with the first pitch and John Kuhn followed with a single. Rejniak with two outs then hit a single scoring both runners after John Kuhn's steal. The Braves got one in their half of the first, but that would be their last meaningful challenge as Leff's defense made the key plays, led by Steve Gustafason in centerfield and Aaron Bielawski at second base.  Leff's added two runs in the second and three in the third as Rob Tschimperle, Jeremy Kroll and Jarrett Gates all contributed hits.  In the sixth, Mike Schroeder helped his pitching cause with his second homer of the season, an exclamation point 380 foot home run which drove in John Kuhn after Kuhn's 3rd hit of the day, a double to the wall. 

Schroeder worked a game plan to perfection controlling the game on his way to the victory, while dealing with symptoms of the heat which caused him to be sick and need ice packs.  Rejniak pitched a final scoreless inning.  Catenacci went 2-4, 4r, bi; John Kuhn 4-4, 3r, 2bi and Rejniak 3-4, 3bi.  Adam Graves had two hits for the Braves, while three other Braves were ejected.

In game two of a key doubleheader, Leff's pitcher Rob Tschimperle pitched a gutty game, allowing only three hits in six innings en route to the sweep of the Brave's. The defense behind him got the job done in the middle innings until Tschimperle asserted himself strongly in the fifth and sixth getting five strikeouts over those two innings. In the sixth, "Chimp" recorded three of those strikeouts, including of a Braves pinch hitter.  Alex Rejniak pitched a scoreless final inning getting the save, with two strikeouts including striking out the final hitter on a nasty breaking ball.  Jared Catenacci had two hits and a run scored for Leff's.  Rejniak had the game winning RBI.
